I am not going to post very many because without a good camera, my pictures suck.

Flatironit looks so small from up there

Centeral+New Football Stadium

Looking south on 16th street

Coyote, you can see the College World Series crowd better in your picture than you could in person.

Yeah, way better than the ones I took. Someday I will buy a good camera. (not that a good camera will make you have better pics, I just need a camera that has control over flash and exposure properties)

Excellent shots guys - I really liked the ones looking east to the Mall and Heartland park. Brad, nice shot of the Central stadium.

Wow, what an office! Who's was it? Could you imagine being there in the winter with snow falling, fireplace on, and that view??

Wish I could have been there.

Very Happy
Love the Photos! The Shot that includes Rosenblatt and the zoo should be sent (sold? ) to the NCAA to be used for advertising.

By the way, I enjoyed meeting everyone Saturday. Look forward to meeting more fellow forumers this next Saturday. And once again, thanks Coyote (and your well placed friend Smile ) for making this photo op possible!

I've put most of my pictures under respective pages across the website. You can find links to most of them here: http://www.eomaha.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2155

The president and CEO, Bruce L.(I don't know how to spell it.) Then later on there is a picture of the confrence room then a picture of the "library".

The entire 40th floor Had about 4 offices, an area for the 3 executive secretarys, 3 or 4 confrence rooms, a kitchen(which we did not see) and a big room with lots of tables(looked like a very formal dining room, and a Library.

Don't forget the room with the doors that could only be opened from the inside. Smile

I was so caught up in the views... I didn't even pay attention to which office belonged to Bruce Lauritzen.

Excellent photos, guys.

Man, what a great "behind the scenes" look at the playground of greedy corporate bastards Smile .

Although, seeing Omaha from FNC, the tallest building around, really shows you how NOT DENSE Omaha is, and how far it has to go before it will really be as dense as we would all like it to be. It's off to a start, though.

And I LOVE the zoomed in shots of Rosenblatt! It looks so gorgeous with all the lush tree-covered hills surrounding it.

God, Omaha is so flat Rolling Eyes

Thanks for the photos, guys.

I imagine most of our shots are duplicates so here's ones that I haven't seen yet.

On the way out.

And me sitting in the Bruce's chair at the table (which I fell out of when I sat in it. Just like what usually happens in the movie when you sit in the CEO's chair.) The arrow points to my actual window at Mutual. Brad I actually liked how it didn't come out that bright. It makes me look like a Bond villian. Twisted

Wow those are awsome views! You can see everything from up there. What level was this on?

Oh and what a crappy office. When they take the wheels off that dump?

The 40th floor. The top three floors are executive offices.
The next 5 floors above are mechanical.

The office that was south of the Bronze doors from the Federal Reserve Bank Building. Chris' first office picture is Bruce's - it has a replica of the Spirit of the Nebraska Wilderness on the table.

And great pictures Chris and Jeff!

The offices look awesome, though I'm guessing as busy as those guys are that they probably don't get to spend a whole lot of time in them.

These pictures are great. I had the chance to get out on the deck around the mechanical on the 41st(?) floor during construction. It's an awesome view!

They don't let anyone go out on that nice looking deck anymore, Bob didn't even know why? I thought it might be some kind of insurance thing.

I'm glad he mentioned that alarm going off. I seriously had my hand on the door to go out.

When we were up there the only thing between you and certain death was a foot tall parapet wall. Shortly after we were up there Kiewit mandated that no one who wasn't tied down could be up there. I'm sure you're right about it being an insurance thing.

Well I could have gone then. I have insurance. Mutual just gives it away. ;)

When we were up top the FNB we were talking about where the ballpark was going to be. I check the maps and it appears to be here, right across from the Tip Top.

I took entirely too long renaming and what not, but I've posted my digital ones

For some reason, the film that was in my SLR was crappy and grainy, and the pictures didn't turn out very well. I might post them, just cause the zoom on that is vastly better.

Anyway

http://www.asinine.org/gallery/Omaha?page=9

Starting at 5513... couple pages worth, and then other random ones from my trip back. 336 Omaha pics total, if you feel like browsing =)

Wooooo Hooooo !!!!!!

Guess who just got invited to a dinner party on the 40th floor next week?

Should I take a camera or not? Would that be a social faux pas or not?
