This would be a very good move and beneficial to both Crossroads and Urban Outfitters. UO's north downtown store must surely be one of their lowest performing stores. It was unfortunate to see American Apparel leave the metro, rather than locate elsewhere.

Hmmm. If that were to happen, I think it would be pretty cool.. The location would also be a logical choice...

heard about urban outfitters possibly making the move to crossroads when their lease is up and construction there starts next year, possibly a midwest version of their space style stores in brooklyn, LA, and austin that include coffee shops/bars, community spaces, venues, etc.
