Well, whatever these plans are, they were approved by the Planning Board yesterday. 100 room hotel. Hupmobile getting 8 apartments with ground floor office. $4 million in TIF. The race could start at the Westroads and go over the Dodge overpass to 204th then turn south to Center, go up 144th to Dodge, then go under the overpass to the Westroads.
