I'm excited to hear more about the restaurant going in here. The World Herald article claimed that the menu was finished back in March.

The project got a couple million dollars back in 2007 for HDR to do a study on it. I really haven't seen anything significant on it after 2007.

Looks like a cool project with access to great Chinese food.

I'm excited for this, but I really hope they have a decent plan for parking with all these apartments. The streets in this neighborhood are already saturated with cars parked on the street most of the time.

I noticed that work is being done on the inside of the white building just to the East of Max Walker in Dundee. Has anyone heard anything about something coming into there?

Anyone heard anything more on this? It looks like they have all but a couple of the building torn down in there. This could be a really cool development area.

I believe the city requires the building to be close to the street and have plenty of walking room in this area to keep an urban feel on these new developments.
