In my travels (9 states this year, plus México) I see lots of new construction projects. IMO the aesthetic quality of new construction in Omaha remains mired at the very bottom of the pack. I'm going to hop in and give my perspective as a late-20s female. Macy's, to me, is a tired and dying brand whose best days are far behind it. They are hardly distinguishable from Younkers; the few times I've been in one they had outdated finishes, cluttered and unorganized racks, and dirty floors. ...

two or three years ago they did a special event train for one Game day that ran from Omaha to Lincoln. The cost was pretty high. Not sure the train was even filled.
