A Crate and Barrel or West Elm would never go into Nebraska Crossing. They tend to go into trendy or higher end areas/developments. They are targeting a different demographic than an outlet mall for sure.

The old Z Gallery/Love Couture store is becoming something. The mall won't tell us other tenants what it is though. The construction is only happening at night, but currently still in the demo phase. Anyone have any ideas??

Not sure what is happening at the dentist office behind the theater though....quite an expansion of that building.

No just time for us to update. We have been wanting to for the last few years but decided to focus on building two new stores last year instead.

Scheels is doing a fairly extensive remodel/update on the first floor and some updates on the second floor.
