Doesn't any provider need a franchise agreement ( IE, tax/fee) with the city to be able to install and provide service if it is not through the air? Must be one heck of a fee in Omaha. These new services are offering 1G service for $40-$60 a month. We are paying cox $90 a month for half that speed....

Nordstrom Rack is indeed coming to Omaha, but not to NEX as long rumored: instead it's going to Village Pointe, and opening in fall 2024. Press release says it will be a 30,000 square foot store.

It's not just that first show. The first four shows have all been moved to alternative venues, and the two indoor shows for the end of September have been moved to the outdoor amphitheater.
