What happened to Phenomblue? Acquired by FourFour Media in 2016. As far as I can tell, that company closed shop. FourFour closed shop or just Phenomblue after it was acquired? Their office at AV was really cool. Greg I spoke incorrectly. FourFour Media is still around (ish) - and apparently updatin...

It looks like they took a 1960's design, but to try to make it look different, they took a wedge out of the bottom corner. I'm not impressed. Completely agree with this opinion. Not impressed. Until the double tree closes or is aged into obsolescence, it should be left alone. Sorry, you can't implode your mistakes. Find another way to make 16th Street work. Someone floated the idea of making it like the Nicolette mall in Minneapolis. I like that idea. And a tunnel is an awful idea. Tunne...

Is Creighton enrollment going up, and I didn't hear anything about it? This now seems like tons of new apartments to absorb, between this project and CUMC, that's what, like 750 or so new units, right? In the last 5-10 years, Creighton build a bunch of on campus dorms/apartments, plus I'm sure some...

I was told yesterday that they are aiming to rent to Creighton students, so I am guessing it will skew toward small units at relatively low costs. Exciting! I love the new design. It makes sense that they chose Aksarben Village, if not choosing downtown, with a desired headquarters building of that kind of architecture. That design fits in an urban-style setting, and on straight streets & sharp street corners best (over suburban-style set...

How deep below the river would they have to go to get the lead out? I'm not 100 percent positive on this, but I think it's correct.... Depends on what is going in. The lake is primarily for flood control anyways. I doubt that reservoir water cares if it submerges a few trees. Think you nailed it right there... But it is also being used by the public as a park.
