Re: 2017 Omaha Mayoral Election

Speaking of campaign adds, gotta love the latest one from Mello...the one where he appears to liken any form of streetcar support to the pipe dreams of an eight year old, the one where he says he is going to fix all the roads first and that exorbitant sums of tax payer money have already been waste...

I was reading these comment's critical of Mayor Sothert. She has done more for this city then any other Mayor has. I'm glad she is my Mayor and I support her 100%. Personally Taylor's idea's are little too much for Omaha right now. Sound's like a nice guy and I respect his vision of Omaha but we don't have the ability as of right now to attract that type of talent to Omaha and keep it here. We are a city of 500,000 resident's we would need a city of a Million ...

The crime lab at UNMC would be much better then the one done by Douglas county even with there recent accreditation there is still a cloud over them that will never cease. If you want downtown to be rebuilt and look nicer then tell the City to look for companies willing to locate here and by companies I don't mean retailers, or insurance companies. I mean tech companies or something that Omaha would benefit from. Plus where would we put a 1.2 Billion dollar project of...

it's almost becoming cliche. I think we already passed that point. It's all just buzzwords and misspellede names. This city just keeps saying F-You to it's core. I like this idea though I think it's a response to the big project going on by Millard North High school. Little over the top but it should be good for Omaha. As for the center of the city we have plenty of area's like Midtown crossing and the Downtown. These places will give West Omaha in my view a...
