I disagree. I think it's a brilliant renovation to bring more use to a drastically underused park. Are you going there at 3am? Its the busiest park in town. Every time I am there its busy. Adding cafes and restaurants is smart. You can make nice additions like Cafe's and restaurants without destroy...

What a cluttered plan, just really bad design. Omaha needs quality urban design with a sense of place, not this scrambled mess. Couldn't agree with this more. Can you both expand? I don't see people investing in luxury living across from a public library, known for attracting the lost and homeless. The Paxton which has condos ranging from 300K to over 800K is directly across the street from the current library. OK, your risk not mine. Doesn't seem to be holding any other cit...

I'm sure the building designs will change quite a bit, but I would guess that the overall site layout would stay about the same.
