Two questions: If passed, will this allow for people to NOT build these structures and further have no pressure applied to do so by activist groups? Noticed the no parking restrictions. What will keep a neighborhood from decaying into a mess of parked cars with the added units? I would feel better s...

I noticed driving to work this morning the sign is up at 120th & L St finally for this - I still can't believe they tore down the Famous Dave's building that couldn't have been that old to redevelop this plot. IIRC, that Famous Dave's at 120th & L used to be an Austin's. I'm not sure if it ...

Elimination of the Electoral College instantly turns 35 of the states into second class citizens as NY, FL, TX, and CA can easily outvote entire states. No state would outvote another state if there isn’t an electoral college. That’s the point of getting rid of it. Really? Stop and think about that...

And how much would sales and income taxes have to be increased by to make up for the lost property tax dollars? Their food on 114th was just not good. Both tex-mex competitors, Hectors and Fernando's were just so much better quality. They were also more expensive than either. Sorry for people to lose money, but this is an example of failure to do basic recon of your market.

They sure don't reach out to places like Too Far North in Ft C. They sell Neb wine, but also Neb beer and struggle to get local beers. It depends on what recipes. Decrease the pasta portions so spaghetti and meatballs no longer require a side of insulin? Good idea. Others are pretty good and shouldn't be messed with. Buffett may be a celebrity, but his opinions are as valid as yours. The things that bug me about this issue are that only one side (pro-street car) is allowed to be voiced unchallenged and that ad hominem insults are allowed to address all opponents.

300 million for 4 miles of sexier? This is the kind of thing that should have been put to a city wide vote. We could do this just as well with an expanded ORBT or regular bases. By using the Orlando system as a model, we could easily cover the route at a vastly lower cost.
