Re: UNO UNL UNMC UNK Working together

As long as each campus doesn't end up paying UNL tuition prices, I've no problems with it. I miss the days when I was taking more gen-ed credits at UNO prices, before I had to start paying for engineering classes at UNL prices. They would have to harmonize that for sure. Maybe charge more for engin...

With the budget reductions that the state and thus the University systems are seeing there are things going on to have the four University Systems campuses look for efficiency by working together. A good thing in many ways. There will be more to come in the future I am am sure. Nebraska could and s...

Only Omaha has to abide by the 10k population rule and they can't annex into Sarpy anyway. Maybe there was pressure from Papillion and/or La Vista? So other cities can take ones that are larger than 10k? Is there a limit? Isn't it a law affecting class 1 cities in Nebraska? Of which Omaha is the on...

This is not the first long title drought Nebraska has had. From 1940 to 1963, Nebraska didn't win a conference championship. Not a single one. I'm sure back then, many people thought Nebraska's glory days were long over and they lost all hope of ever again winning another conference title. Mom and ...

Sadly, that's not enough, violent rotational injuries have been shown to cause concussions. So all wide receivers who catch passes and get tackled are at risk, every sack of a QB puts him at risk. This is what the Husker brain injury study showed. You can change tackling, but the reality of the game...
