What’s happening west of the Autumn Park Apartments behind Menards? Mid Nebraska Land Developers and Diamond Engineering have been doing dirt work since March, will that be more apartments or just a new housing development? When MNLD started I’d say they were bringing in about 25-30 side dump loads ...

Saw a crew was putting up sticks on that lot directly North of Taco Bell on the corner of State and Diers. A crew was there around the first of the month pouring footings and floors, haven’t heard anything about what’s going in?

Was in Discount Tire in Omaha over the weekend, the manager told me the are building a store in GI across the street from Walmart. I would guess it’s the construction that’s happening now East of the North Walmart, but could be wrong.
