My understanding is that this is only a demo package and they intend to then sell the building to a separate developer.

Each bar/shoppe has to have their own growler, but can fill with any beer now. You will need to bring their growler back for refills. Law changed this year I believe which is why all the crowlers popped up. Crowlers are cheaper to buy than the growlers and then you don't have to worry about bringing...
