Or official tenant announcements? I know we've gotten a couple of names/themes from people (apartment leasing folks, etc), but nothing official, right?

Anything on this yet?

Nice exhibition win over a Ben Howland's Mississippi State squad. Both Ben Howland and Tim Miles contributed $2500 to the hurricane relief.

Big 10 moving to a 20 game conference schedule next year. I am sure their TV partners love this: http://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/21076233/big-ten-play-20-game-conference-schedule-next-season Love it..... or demand it. Or most likely, negotiated it in the last TV deal. Greg

The folks that created and developed the Shadow Lake shopping area clearly cooked up a winner. Sure they have got some empty bays and lots, but times are tough. Lost in the debacle with OSU and the new AD is the article in the OWH yesterday showing NU is getting $51 million this year from the Big 10 and with the escalators it's going up in years to come. Judging from the article, the Big 10 is running about $10 million a year more than the SEC. Was glad to ...

Both Bass Pro and Cabela's were given good incentives to develop at their present locations. I remember Scheel's was pretty vocal about the ones given to Cabela's considering the money Scheel's spent on their own store in Omaha without tax payer help.

The Royals are not involved in this study at all. I am hoping they stay at the Sports Complex. Downtown stadiums are nice but the TSS is original and different. Love tailgating before a baseball game. If you want to hit bars and restaurants before or after game, there are plenty at the K.

Honestly if you have the choice between a CU game at TD, an O Royals game at the 'blatt or Chasers game at Werner, is it even close? You get a feel for what the Chasers would be up against at TD by going to see CU there. Far too big. My work has club seats for CU and the CWS so I go to both occasion...

I was recently back in KC and had BBQ at both BB's Lawnside as well as Jack Stack at the Freighthouse. Yeah I was shocked how reasonable to tickets were priced at. They are the same prices as the July 4 games. They went from $15-$25 (club seats). Don't know what berm went for. I was expecting another $10-15 per seat (and would have paid that).
