Re: Crossroads - Redevelopment Plan

I'm down in Kansas City and I drove by the beautiful and warm & cozy Briarcliff development north of Downtown Kansas City. Are we sure the development shouldn't have European style & flair like that (terra cotta roofs, black iron, stucco)? I realize Kansas City pulls that off better than Om...

Yeah, it was in a different location. It fits in well with all of the other kid stuff in the area, along with the theatre area for the aviary show.

We are going back to the zoo again tomorrow. 3rd trip in 7 days.

I don't think we have to worry about another L Street Marketplace anytime soon. With the rapidly changing retail landscape, I just don't see those coming on line much anymore. The downsizing of the retail component reflects that. Will be interested to see the retailers that do sign on. I don't think...

They've been bleeding cash since they opened. My Doctor was one of the original investor/founders. Kept asking him about Think II (because one out west would have been much closer to me), and he kept telling me it was not going to happen until they got close to a break even point.

I had always wished the north freeway had been extended. I use to work north of the airport and would have really used it. Also would be nice now to go downtown on 680 from Fort and go north, not south. The frontage roads can create major issues. They have them in OKC and Austin, and in very importa...

I definitely think this was the best CWS since the move to TD. Can we just give LSU and auto bid every year than have 7 other qualifiers?? Maybe add a wind machine behind home to keep the homers going. Other than the rain out of the opening ceremonies, this year's series fired on all cylinders. Greg
