The owner's obstructing government operations charge that he was acquitted of wouldn't have been cheap to defend. OWH article stated that sales were down during the legal battle as well.

Maybe the DNC is just going to throw stuff at the wall and see what sticks until their next messiah, Chelsea Clinton, finishes her House/Senate experience, and can make a run for office.

Random update. I ended up filing a warranty claim on these Keen boots I bought in May. A lace eyelet separated from the leather. Despite attaching a receipt showing that I paid way less than MSRP, Keen gave me a credit for the full retail price. The catch is that it has to be from their website. I h...

Has the Papillion Super Target gotten a remodel yet? If not, I'm kind of surprised. That store still has the mid-90's design from when it originally opened. I hate the location of that store and how it is situated way lower than the main street in front of it. I don't mean to hijack the thread, but...

That's really strange. It can be hard to find, but usually there's an option on the card reader to skip the PIN prompt and run the transaction as a credit. Maybe the cashier didn't know what they were talking about. Stores want check card transactions run as an ACH debit due to lower interchange fee...

You could probably beg people to take 10th St, or arrive from the South all day, but they will still take the Interstate. Attendant assisted parking would help. Politics aside, the smaller ballpark was definitely a better fit for the Storm Chasers. They would almost never fill that giant stadium downtown, except for maybe the 4th of July game.

The family stuff they can do like the dog events makes the place more inviting.

Mega Market is a flea market. I checked the place out back in 2013 or 14. Most of the stuff Dillion's didn't rip out when they shut down the Deerfield location was still there. I worked at that store for a few years, so it was a weird experience walking around.
