You can't close off 8th Street for MAHA. I assume ORBT will be dropping off a lot of concertgoers at the 8th St station, which will be highly convenient! Plus private autos could drop off friends there before they go park.

Here's another angle - from Seemann Stadium. It looks like the Mutual Tower will be somewhat behind the FNBO building, but not entirely, plus being taller, will make for an interesting picture especially in closeups.

They're expanding public access a bit on the south side of the building. They've moved the gates about half-way down. So now you can walk clear around the west half of the development.

can you imagine the shadow this thing will cast over the park in the evening? I am tired of these comments. This isn't the first park in world to have a skyscraper built near it, and I can hope it won't be the last for Omaha. Shadows are a part of every urban park in the world, it wont be an issue....

I talked to one of the employees there who told me normally, incoming bands would bring some special effects/lighting equipment with them to an event, but in Killers case, Steelhouse already had it all for them!
