Dean Meyer on 120th & Center. His office is right as you walk into the TJ Maxx, there. He's really nice and the staff is very friendly too. I've been going there for about 11 years now.

The building flooded last night. No power there from last night til now, so they had to evacuate the hotel. I don't think there was a fire, though.

Dan just posted on his FB page that Sullivan's grand opening will be on Friday, April 18 at 7 p.m. They're just wrapping up some finishing touches and awaiting their occupancy paperwork and Liquor License transfer.

Dan's a good friend of mine and I stopped in yesterday to see the place, and it looks AMAZING! If I were going to open a bar...the design, layout, etc. he's doing is exactly how I would do it. He's put in a lot of work into this place, and it looks really great. Kind of a vintage/art deco feel to it...

Well, considering that the Marcy Mason condos have been "talked" about for a year and a half, my guess is nothing is going to happen with those - with or without Veterans Village.  Also, Veterans Village is permanent housing for vets.  Once they're in there, they won't be homeless anymore.

Hey Brad - It all depends on when they can raise the money needed.  They only need to raise $50K and then they have commitments from other companies to match them in order to get to the $200K needed for the conversion. That being said...invite everyone you know!  Ha!  I'll be on the road that day...
