Dean Meyer on 120th & Center. His office is right as you walk into the TJ Maxx, there. He's really nice and the staff is very friendly too. I've been going there for about 11 years now.

The building flooded last night. No power there from last night til now, so they had to evacuate the hotel. I don't think there was a fire, though.

Dan just posted on his FB page that Sullivan's grand opening will be on Friday, April 18 at 7 p.m. They're just wrapping up some finishing touches and awaiting their occupancy paperwork and Liquor License transfer.

Well, considering that the Marcy Mason condos have been "talked" about for a year and a half, my guess is nothing is going to happen with those - with or without Veterans Village. Â Also, Veterans Village is permanent housing for vets. Â Once they're in there, they won't be homeless anymore.
