Re: Toyota looking to build new US plant

I don't remember which one...I want to say BMW, but there was a rumor that one of them was actually ready to choose Nebraska but the land wasn't being offered for free. I also think it was something about shovel ready land. It's been a while and at my advanced age my memory isn't what it was. When M...

Re: Toyota looking to build new US plant

Was listening to a piece on NPR about globalization and they were interviewing a guy in Greenville, SC. They guy said the largest BMW plant in the world came down to Greenville, SC and Omaha, NE. I guess we know where that got built. But that was something I didn't know. Three deals Nebraska was in...

July numbers just came out. +6.4% for the month and +5.6% for the year to date. Alaska, on what I assume is the San Diego flights, was up 12.6%, but still a margin player. Allegiant was down 7.1%. Not sure what that's about. American down 1.9%, still up over 3% for the year. Delta was up 9.7%, stil ...

If we are trying to determine who the "winners" are, I'd say Westroads, Village Point, Gretna Outlets, and AkSarBen Village have positioned themselves for more as "winners" than Shadow lake. I'm curious how Regency and One Pacific Place are doing? While neither is as big as the ...
