Regulatory approval is not a slam dunk, and could get quite complicated.

Some could suggest Schwab practiced predatory pricing with $0 trades, which adversely effected TDA's bottom line far more than Schwab's.

It would make sense for Schwab to move it's HQ to either Texas or Omaha ... whoever offers the best tax package.

For a company who now operates on razor thin margins (or none) paying software engineers on par with Google and Facebook is not sustainable.

I wonder if you forced HTTPS (redirect HTTP -> HTTPS) could stop some bots. Or just block HTTP altogether.

Regardless, HTTPS would provide more security by default for users by always encrypting their user/pass.

Their produce and meat are cheaper than HyVee. And better quality. So true. We now go to Fresh Thyme 2 or 3 times a week and Super Target once a week. The Fresh Thyme visits are smaller purchases, usually fresh, ready too eat items for the main meal. Clearly paper products and other generic staples...
