The lot directly next to Hobby Lobby is now being graded. Anyone know what is going up there??

I'm worried about getting through to Omaha via I-80.  What are the chances I-80 route from CB will be closed to flooding in the next few weeks?  People say that part is unlikely but IDK.  I am pregnant and would need to get to hospital.  Of course, could go to the local one but even then I worry if...

I don't know the history of flooding in Council Bluffs... if the levee around Playland Park were to fail... would it pretty well flood all the way to the downtown?
