TIF request says most of the work will go to asbestos removal and bringing things up to date as well as substantial landscaping work. Claims two floors will be vacant for a long time and that a new tenant has been secured for when the work is done.

It was accessibly priced too. Not trying to be overly fancy with craft cocktails. This looks to be a really nice addition to Blackstone if you want to sit and have a conversation and not fight the shoulder to shoulder crowds at Social or Sullivan's.

This is going to be a huge facility, drove by yesterday and there is a 196 foot tall tower portion(maybe a feed tower? this area isn't an area I know a ton about). Anyways it really towers above everything in the area.

Not much. Truck for Lueder Construction has been parked out front the past week or so and two roll away dumpsters being filled. I wouldn't really call it speedy though, looks like just a couple guys.

OneJet is starting a route between KC and Memphis with a 30 seat plane. Obviously we only have Milwaukee, but the company seems to be in rapid growth mode and its nice to be in on the ground floor.
