Put this in the rumor section for now, but, the lot next to Pac Life may have a building sooner than later. Noddle is negotiating with Right at Home which has their Corporate HQ in the Security National building in Aksarben Village, and would anchor the building occupying 2 of the 5 floors. This is...

I will need to see if I can find the amount of occupation tax that the Capitol District is expected to get to see if the incentives here are in line with that project's. If the $118 is all TIF that would be very high compared to other projects in town, but including the new occupation tax could make...

Lets just get going. 500K SF of office in the center of the city is good for east and west Omaha commuters and 350K of retail could be a nice level that doesn't need the entire city's support, but could offer some closer options for people east of 72nd so we don't have to go out to Westroads for a d...

Development proposed for the area directly south of Highway 6 and 66. Plan includes 4 acres of commercial space, a hotel and 150 single family homes. Where it is controversial is that the city declared the land "blighted" in order to allow the developers to use TIF. The school board is str...

Kinda disappointing that the mixed use space is only 3 stories. Originally it was proposed to be 8.
