I guess I don't see much of a need for a permanent one and I am not sure that they ever really committed to one either. Bring in a screen for a few Husker games, the NCAA tourney when its in town the Swim Trials and the CWS. The rest of the time they wont need it at all. Not like we have a pro team ...

Kinda disappointing that the mixed use space is only 3 stories. Originally it was proposed to be 8. There was rumor that it was going to be taken out, so I would rather have a sustainably sized 3 stories that will be filled than a 3/4ths empty 8 story, or have an open gap in the lot. The rendering ...

Lot B?! :) I think yes I'll take "Obvious Uses for Lot B for $200 Alex" although the building in the mockup rendering is hideous. That mockup is from Lubbock's proposal. Something interactive like the CBB HOF in KC or the CFB one in ATL would make too much sense in Omaha. Would be a great...

Is there increased security for the Berkshire meeting this weekend? Tons of concrete barriers lining the majority of 10th St in front of the facility. Not the most attractive thing ever. No, not at all, it looked downright terrible. Since MECA hosts so many huge events, you would think they would i...

It was also noted that they will have the sidewalk open in front of the Marriott. That is great news, b/c they have the sidewalk closed on the east side of 10th and it would have made walking from the stadium to the Old Market a mess on that intersection.

A/V is great for QOL for Omaha citizens, but it wouldn't be at the top of my list to suggest to a visitor.

Maybe once it is built out a little more with some more entertainment options. Wasn't some new concept bowling alley rumored to be going in?

5 other companies in the top 1000, but only two seemingly could get us back to 5 over the next decade. Green Plains ranked 662 and TD Ameritrade ranked 674.
