5000 acres is a lot of developable land. I would think carving out a piece of this for industrial would be wise with the new bridge to get you over the river to 29 quickly.

Did a little looking at OJB Landscape and they designed both Klyde Warren Park in Dallas and Myriad Botanical Gardens in OKC among others. The two names have been given major awards the past few years regarding urban park design.

Amazon dropped news that they will be looking for a second city for a HQ that would include 5 billion in investment and 50,000 jobs.
