It appears they are putting in a median in the middle of 67th St infront of the garage. Tough to tell exactly what the plan is right now though.

Still not a lot of details to be found, but it sounds like the library is the plan along with residential, office and retail including a grocery store.

The planning board will be reviewing the new plans for this land today that include a new library. Apparently supposed to be made public Monday.
