Great stuff Brad! I don't get to A/V hardly at all anymore, but was there a few weeks ago and this project dramatically changes the feel of the area. Feels really dense and almost cavernous.

Few notes. The Cancer Center has accent lighting that was pink last night I noticed. The iExcel building going up at a nice pace and it appears the Ronald McDonald house on 38th and Jones will be expanded.

Interesting that the former CEO of Midwest Airlines is an investor in this company. I know someone on here, probably NovakOmaha has said we were a hub for that airline at one time.

Also these are small planes. Still another nonstop with twice daily service.

Metro is an awesome resource for the city and these facilities look like they are the very top of the line. Those buildings would fit in on nearly any 4 year university.

5000 acres is a lot of developable land. I would think carving out a piece of this for industrial would be wise with the new bridge to get you over the river to 29 quickly.

Did a little looking at OJB Landscape and they designed both Klyde Warren Park in Dallas and Myriad Botanical Gardens in OKC among others. The two names have been given major awards the past few years regarding urban park design.
