Re: SE 27th and Leavenworth
This was proposed approximately 2 years ago and still nothing has happened. I see that 30th and Leavenworth now has a proposal. Is this site still planned to happen? Its hard to tell when a project dies. Usually only 3 real ways to get an "official notice" its dead. 1. The property is put...

Re: NuStyle Owned lot NWC 20th/Farnam
I thought this was one of the more exciting things the mayor talked about. Looking into it, based on the assessor's site, I think Nustyle owns all of this at 20th and Farnam: https://i.postimg.cc/YG9WkDQR/Nu-Style-20th-and-Farnam.png This is a fairly large property downtown. I didn't get a picture as I was driving by, but there were some old railroad ties and rusty rails piled up on the NE corner of Saddle Creek and Leavenworth by the QT which I assume is from the old streetcar tracks they paved over decades ago.

Everyone looking for a good rain should be enjoying this one. No thunder, but had been consistent rain for a while now with a few more sustained hours to go. Wondering if it's going to run past that half inch mark b/c it's been decently heavy downtown at times.

Woodbury is a very legit group. Them being involved gives me more optimism.
Also I know the increased TIF will rub a lot the wrong way, but I believe the % of the total project being funded through TIF is lower in this proposal. From ~14.3% to 11.4%.

KC seems like the more obvious choice, but there is only so much market share in one market spread across all of its professional teams.
