As we can now see the parking floors are indeed wrapping around the tower on the east side. I don’t think that is the case at all. You can see in the 2nd picture I took today, it’s just scaffolding. I am assuming, based on the rendering, the main portion of the terminal is going to be higher after the renovations so there isn't such a big gap.
