If the Bellevue voters approve in the May election we can all wait for 2026 or 2027 to see how it all plays out. The only water park I have ever been to in the United States is at Oceans of Fun, which I really enjoyed. I just don’t see many people from Missouri or Kansas attending as they have their...

While I feel bad that they are getting evicted, it's just business. The strip owner sees an opportunity to fill numerous empty bays at once and probably generate more revenue than they are making now. sucks that they lose their spot after 58 years, but the owner kind of sounded unhinged on their so...

Interesting how the former Charleston’s building is perfectly adequate to house a high end restaurant, when it apparently wasn’t good enough for Charleston’s to remain there. Art is a lot like music.
Some art is intended to bring a smile to your face.
Some art is intended to raise your emotions.
Some art is designed to make you question to intent of the artist.
It’s all art to someone, even if YOU don’t/won’t/ can’t yet appreciate it.

The museum’s March newsletter contains news that their existing auditorium, dating to 1931, is receiving a full revamp, most notably with newer, wider seats. No doubt that is in “large” part due to the average circumference of the present day American derrière.
