Speaking of campaign adds, gotta love the latest one from Mello...the one where he appears to liken any form of streetcar support to the pipe dreams of an eight year old, the one where he says he is going to fix all the roads first and that exorbitant sums of tax payer money have already been wasted...

Thanks for posting the pics and floor plans. One thing though...the room mock up is interesting. It looks like the room has laminate wood flooring. I wonder if that is really going to be the case for some or all of the rooms or if they will have the typical carpet throughout.

So I had a little time to kill recently and thought I would go to Russos Guitar. Well...I was surprised to find out is no longer there. I remember the mayor saying she expected a press conference by the end of the year about this place. Somebody else on here also mentioned they thought the incentives expired if this thing wasn't inked by the end of the year. Anyone heard anything further?

Hilton Hotel/Pinnacle Club swimming pools

Curious if anybody can provide some insight. I'm looking for good sized swimming pool where I could do some actual lap swimming, preferably east of 72nd. Used to go to the Y on Maple years ago for this but don't necessarily want to go back there. Was thinking about the Pinnacle Club downtown. If any...

Doubt if you could see them driving. I actually walked up to the site from the pedestrian bridge. If you do that though you can see about a 10 foot section on the north side of the raised elevation where rebar is going up.
