I think the property east of Turner park/480 and between Dodge st and Farnam st. would be a great spot for an NHL arena. Also, do the cap over 480 with a large park to help tie midtown to the downtown core.

There's always the option to grab a heartland bicycle and ride anywhere you want to in the area.

I will add that the location, when announced this morning was a little disappointing, until I seen the layout and additional ped bridge. This will be awesome for north downtown once completed!

I just switched to Quantum Fiber (CenturyLink) a few months ago. As of right now I pay $60/mo with free modem and routers included. I was getting constant outages with Cox but so far I have had zero with Quantum. The speeds are 3x faster than what I was paying before so was no brainer
