You know they did a good job on the conversion when a founder of Alley Poyner Macchietto moves in. This is such a cool building with great history. Big win for the riverfront imo.

Yea I don't see Pacific Springs lasting too long if they do sell the front nine. It definitely is a mediocre course and it is twice as expensive as an Omaha muni.

I too am having problems logging in using chrome. I tried two different computers and my phone and they all had the same issue. I am using foxfire right now and it is working fine.

Good move for Wichita State. AAC is a much better basketball conference with the likes of UConn, Memphis, Cincinnati, SMU, etc. It will be interesting to see if WSU is still considering adding football with the impeding move. Who knows, that could be one of the driving factors for the move.

Why would the state office need their own new building? Their building now is 2 or 3 stories? And they used to share it with kiewit. Wouldn't it be more practical to just move to some currently available office space?
