I work in the FNB Plaza building and there have been rumors for quite awhile as the strip mall began losing tenant en masse. As Cowboy noted, rumors have swirled with regards to redevelopment. There was an article in the paper a month or so ago regarding Kohlls having legal actions brought against i...

This little area has really taken off. My wife and I lived in Hanigan Square about ten years ago and to see the whole stretch from the car wash and Leavenworth St to this building and the one to the South of OKeefe really makes we wish we didn't "need" *cough*kids*cough* a yard. But yeah, ...

Here's an article from a few weeks ago. Good examples of well designed BRT stations. Looking at these vs. the MAXX down in KC it's like night and day. I made my first impression of BRT off the system in KC but if they funded anything remotely like these stations I think it would go along way in figh...

Lest we recall a 22 year old was shot less than three blocks from this location awaiting a bus not more than a week ago. . . Thanks Brad, the previous owner's (a recalled mayor's son), did a great job of keeping the house fairly up to date, especially for having six kids grow up in it.
