The owners of the building didn't renew the lease for Nomads and the shooting outside the place about a month ago but the nail in the coffin for them. I can't believe the new owners were dumb enough to buy the place from Nick Hudson without having a lease secured past December of 2011.

You should be hearing another announcement in that area in the next month. The Capital District when everything is put together which includes about a five block area will add another great entertain district to Downtown Omaha that will rival The Old Market.
