And also, Solich was fired after the 2003 season and going 9-3..ending the year defeating Colorado in Boulder. I remember Pelini acted as head coach for the bowl game that year when NU defeated Michigan St 17-3 in the Alamo Bowl.. This is all off memory, so someone can correct me if I'm wrong :) .....

The Starbucks signage is up on the SW corner of the hotel. It will open on Monday. I was walking past there this afternoon. It's open now. Too bad they couldn't find a local coffee shop. Yeah, but at least it's not scooters. I'm surprised it took this long to add another Starbucks downtown. Agreed....

I found this to be some really interesting data.. Especially going back the last 20 years or so ago.. this shows Omaha at a current 21.4% gentrification rate for eligible city census tracts since 2000.. Also interesting is clicking the links for gentrification maps and seeing the data for the top 5...
