The building permit for the W DSM Store said $3 million with 7,160sq-ft. I originally posted that hoping someone would do the work and find the specs. Cause I can’t find the Omaha specs.. I think were going to look back in a year or two are really wish we would of had more retail along 14th. Missed our opportunity to create a focal street for the neighborhood.
