Re: Miracle Hills Plaza (NW Corner 114 & Dodge)
I remember getting a New Year's Eve dinner at Luigi's. And a vague recollection of a restaurant staffed by Metro students, that later became the first incarnation of Ryan's Bistro. Was this the space that that Stoke's eventually got?

I worked near there for a while. I don't think that Kum & Go was built until the late teens. It was remodeled in the teens, but there was an older style Kum & Go there before that. Here's the 2009 Google Streetview: https://maps.app.goo.gl/wMeCgyRbe7YdwM2b6 Interesting! I had thought that c...

The elevator buttons in that building were complicated when I worked in the mailroom, circa 1984. I believe they were labeled:
G
L
M
T
5
6
etc
but the highest floor that FNBO used was 12.
That alphabet soup on the lowest floors was for Ground, Lobby, Mezzanine, and Terrace.

I get upset off when I see that Jack Stark is a regent. About 40 years ago I saw him at his private practice a couple of times. Omaha (with Lincoln) is not nearly big enough to draw an Ikea retail store. Best we would see is a planning studio/order point like similarly sized Albuquerque and larger Nashville has. I just drove to STL last Friday, and was surprised to see that I-70 from KC to STL is still just 2 lanes each way. Are there any reasons why this stretch is being ignored?
