I am still beyond confused how making 480 a street level boulevard is better, you are making an even bigger barrier than an elevated road. Depends on how it's designed. I'll be voting Stothert in the election, I think she's done a good job. Also, it's hilarious some people are using the fact she didn't vote for Trump against her, more than anything that shows she is not willing to toe party line.

I definitely appreciate the input about the SA river walk being a huge economic catalyst for SA and how that could translate to Omaha. The only thing is we already have huge draws in the OM, and will soon have the capital district, not to mention Lot B being developed into an entertainment district....

If disconnecting 16th street by building this hotel was a mistake, then tearing down a perfectly good building to correct the mistake would be a catastrophe. This just doesn't make sense.
