They’ve been shown to be safer and will ultimately be cheaper if you don’t need to pay for driving labor. I feel terrible for competent, professional drivers. Based on the OWH map it would appear so, pretty disappointing they couldn’t consolidate everything on one block. If they have street level retail it would make up for things though.

11.55% tax, are these people serious? I will most likely never spend a dime in this district out of principle and I’m usually not that type of person but enough with carrying the cost to the customers in order to build these developments.
