I agree that the skyline could be much improved. Lost opportunities such as HDR. On the other hand, this development adds so much to the marketability of the CLink. Over 300 more class A rooms in a "District" immediately next to the CLINK. Between this and the Hilton gives the CLink almos...

Can't teach someone to reach that size, 6'11 240 is the kind of big body that they need. He was also very good at Free Throws (shockingly), which are the same regardless of Division level.

I am still beyond confused how making 480 a street level boulevard is better, you are making an even bigger barrier than an elevated road. Depends on how it's designed. While he probably isn't ready, the call of the money might of been too much to avoid. Best of luck to him at the next level, and next man up. This turn of events may help with Bowen, and there are a couple of stellar kids transferring from Memphis that I wouldn't mind getting.

I too think it will happen. If they get a bid to be the host of the Frozen Four I would not be one bit surprised of the announcement coincided with some part of the process to get or host it in Omaha. In fact if they are announced to get to host I would take that as a sign that it is more than like...

I wouldn't get to hung up on any office designs now, b/c I really don't see that part moving forward soon. Honestly wouldn't surprise me to see those office buildings converted to shorter retail buildings like the one that is currently under construction. Maybe have a few more apartments on top, or...

I don't like UNL or Lincoln as much as the next guy but it makes much more sense for them to bid than UNO. Creighton and UNL have a history with NCAA events and MECA. Creighton has the CWS, and NCAA Regionals and Finals, while UNL has had Wrestling and Volleyball. There is a familiarity with the 2 ...
