Harpoon - do you work or have some association with HDR? You seemed to throw those project examples at me fairly quickly. If you call three and a half days a quick response, I guess I am guilty of that, HO. All I did was a simple search of their website to see some of the projects they have worked...

They should really look to do what the folks down in Boca Raton, Florida did with Mizner Park. Mizner Park is located on the site of a former mall that was turned into a place that people actually want to visit. Keep the parking garage and bulldoze the rest, along with the Best Buy site and the rest...

STC is the Scott Technology Center. The BCBS building is at the northeast corner of Frances St and Aksarben Drive, so the SW portion of the STC color. The land was previously set aside for expansion of the STC. The Aksarben Future Trust sold the land to Tetrad Holdings, which Walter Scott's son Davi...

If this development was east of 120th, I would be saving up every penny right now. THe architecture looks great, it would be great. I wish it luck though. To get into a great new traditional neighborhood like Leytham, MrPoloShirt, how far north and/or south of Dodge would you be willing to conside...

After reading some of the posts on the city website, it appears that the State (NDOR) shut down any id...

I checked out the link on the OWH website that shows a video loop of a powerpoint show dealing with the downtown plan. Some of the things on there looked pretty cool, although the video isn't very high resolution. Check it out if you have time, it will give you a taste of some of the things that may...

Creighton is a decent team, and perhaps they may occasionally make the NCAA tournament, and rarely the CWS, but they will never be a powerhouse in NCAA baseball due to one simple fact----CLIMATE. Until Nebraska is located in a climate where you can play baseball year round like Florida, California, ...
