It appears the grease pit that was the KFC/Long John Silver's on 132nd north of Maple has closed. Noticed when I was driving by today all the signs were gone and there was a large dumpster outside.

Looks more like they're trying to move to locations where they can have drive-thrus. Similar to what Panera Bread has been doing.

Work is well underway now at the 132nd and Fort location. They have set up what appears to be a temporary store in the bay to the west while the main store is closed off for construction inside.

Eat Fit Go has now opened its 3rd Omaha location at West Grayhawk, at the west end of the building with R Taco and Firehouse Subs.

I had lunch with some co-workers at the 114th & Dodge Stokes last week.   Overheard one of the servers say that location was closing Oct. 20th and the new location at 137th & Dodge would open Oct. 27th.

Over the past week, a crew has been working on tearing down the former Borders building at 132nd & West Maple.   As of the weekend, all that is left is a pile of rubble.

I drove by the Fox & Hound out on West Center and noticed it was closed and the signs were gone.
