Securing the Big 12 north, they'll have another shot at Texas (personally, I think it works in their psychological favor that they lost the way they did to Texas). I think most Nebraska fans are very content with that. I'm not sure who bugs me more... the overly demanding Husker fans... or the fans ...

Wow, big time corporate sprawl... Applied Communications (in case you hadn't heard... Transaction Systems Architects just changed their name back to ACI) is going to build a new office in CFM Development's Coventry (correct me if I'm wrong... but I believe this was formerly County Line Market... or ...

A public charette? or a charette amongst the Knights of Aksarben movers and shakers and Noddle principals? Also, let's see some RESIDENTIAL over those retail/restaurant storefronts. Let's see some live/work elements as well. Let's see the project built around a town square... rather than just includ...

If Aksarben Village comprised the entire expanse of Aksarben, included live/work, incorporated public charettes (I don't recall prospective residents ever being publicly solicited for ideas/feedback... this is Noddle's 'vision' exclusively), etc... the types of elements which would make it the build...

I was just out in Columbus for their marching band festival... their Village Centre is a very nice looking development... complete with a little 'main street' lifestyle element. I would guess Shadow Lake's JC Penny's will end up looking similar. I'm always impressed with Columbus, I always figured i...

Wow, Taylor now is ranked 3rd in the nation in passing efficiency and has a completion rate of 70.8% If he keeps this up, I'd say we have a great chance to see a Husker passing on Sundays for the first time since Ferragamo. 1. T. Palko Pittsburgh 187.25 2. B. Reid Oklahoma St 185.09 3. Z. Taylor Neb...

Yeah, initially, I believe the plan was to shoe horn a condo building into that parking space along 12th. Not the case with the Residence Inn. 1202 is the parking lot... 1210 is the American Machine Works building (which I won't mind seeing go)... which I assume includes the parking area on it's opp...
