There is something called 'Skag Drag', which is a hideous spoof of drag queens, and was quite popular in Omaha....so that might have been who/what you saw, sometimes they're not really trying, except to be funny. I noticed that the 2000 census population for Omaha was around 390,000, and the 2003 estimate was at 404,000, so that's 14,000 in 3 years....at that pace is it safe to say that by 2010 the city population will be around 430,000?? I wonder how much the metro pop will grow....which grows quicker, Omah...

Yes...in I believe 2003 Phoenix passed Phillie to become the 5th largest city...also in the same year, Mesa (suburb of Phx) passed up Atlanta in population. Maricopa County is still the fastest or second fastest growing county in the US..... A recent study says by 2020 we will have gained another 2....

I think this look becomes very dated looking very fast....similar to the designs of the late 50's and early 60's....I doubt these will ever look 'classic'....and they're really not that original....that look was around in the early 60's. My opinion of course....
