IF this becomes reality, then a huge congrats to Lincoln.  Regardless if your from Omaha or Lincoln, the metro should be thrilled to see a project of this caliber proposed.  With the Antelope Valley project, Lincoln just might be turning the corner in terms of progressive development and growth.
