I live two blocks north from these. The house at the end of my block sold for $925k two years ago and a house just down the street from that one also sold for $925k last year. Prices in that neighborhood have soared. $400k is going to get you a house that will need money to bring up to the standards...

Re: Nebraska License Plates

The sticker is a small square about 2x2”. It’s clear with dark blue printing so it’s almost invisible unless you’re looking for it. You’d have to be standing next to the car to see it. My understanding is the dealer here (Onyx) never attaches a front plate holder before asking the customer.

Regarding front plates. It costs $50 to not have a front plate. They give you a sticker that goes inside your windshield on the drivers side. I just bought a really nice car and the salesman asked if I wanted the front plate holder installed or if I wanted to pay not to have one. I had no idea it wa...

That OWH video of Crossroads through the years was so bad. Funny you mention Cheddar's. My first ever visit to a Cheddar's was when they opened in San Angelo TX and we went there for my going away party in 1995. San Angelo is the also the only place I've eaten at an On The Border (it was in the mall). The authentic argument is just people being snobby. I gr...
