Re: 204th & Pacific Retail

1000 Degree's Neapolitan Pizza is opening next to the Verizon store in the same strip as GreenBelly, a banner sign is hanging above the doors. Yay more food options. http://www.1000degreespizza.com/ There is another one of these that just opened up at 180th and Q. In the plaza with Hy-Vee. That is ...

Developers expect TIF on every single project no matter what. It would be nice if our tax money went to actual government services instead of the pockets of developers.

Re: HyVee Growth Plans

The Hy-Vee store at 180th and Pacific has converted about 10% to 15% of their floor space into a clothing store. I forget the Brand Name of the Clothing Store but it is a little strange to see an entire section of clothing racks in a Hy-Vee.

Honestly, 168th should have been widened 10+ years ago before traffic got so heavy to call it painful. I'm sorry, I very rarely go west of 680 and it truly is a different life. How are things out there? When 168th was built out to 3 lanes in the early 2000's Village Point and the 168th and Maple Wa...

It is not the greatest design but filling up "The Yard" with another 5 story building is a good step forward.

This is much better than a 2 block surface parking lot.
