Re: Official: Capitol District

I noticed a few updated renderings (I think, unless they were posted earlier) of the buildings.

Here is the 2 story retail by the parking garage.

And here is the 3-story mixed use building.

Re: Cabela's wouldn't take my card without using PIN no.

I would think that PIN payments would safer. Here in England both credit and debit cards require PIN with chip transactions and can only be swiped w/o a pin after multiple chip (or reader) malfunction errors. I've also had my American debit card be required to use a pin at a grocery store in Boston.

Hate things like this...it just seems that UNL can't let UNO flourish in something they don't have. Always trying to one up! This is why I'm not that fond of the University of Nebraska administrations.

If it is Amazon, that might be why they voluntarily decided to start collecting sales tax in Nebraska. Since the law states that you have to collect sales tax only if you have a physical presence.

Quick question! I saw some photos on here not too long ago of some barn in Iowa just outside of Omaha that were posted on here. They were really pretty on some hill or something. Can someone point me to where those are?

Ideally, which for me would provide the best transit capacity for future Omaha would be to combine the partial beltway from plan 2, the road improvements from plan 3, and the BRT, new express route, transit ways, Bus on shoulder, and park and rides from plan 4.

That would put a restaurant in this development, I believe, as the second highest sales tax in the coun...
